Our £200k installation of new Emmegi CNC machining centre and twin Electra saw is now complete. This installation now complements MBW's existing Emmegi machining centre and saw.


This will allow us to double our capacity, halving lead times while at the same time ensuring that we always have a back up machine in the event of any machine failure.


This investment makes us the first aluminium fabricator in Scotland to have 2 CNC/Saw machining lines running simultaneously.


MBW have just installed the latest in estimating & production software. In conjunction with Senior Aluminium Systems, we have installed the Logikal software from Orgadata.



This new software allows us to deliver secured projects from our estimating department to our drawing office complete with CAD sectional details and material schedules who in turn can send all construction issue cutting lists straight from their desks to the saws and machining centres. This will greatly minimise turn around times on both estimated and secured projects.
