UNIVERSITY OF EDINBURGH’S INSTITUTE OF GENETICS AND CANCER (IGC)

Marshall Brown delighted to be commencing on site for Robertson Construction Central East at the new £10M expansion of the University of Edinburgh’s Institute of Genetics and Cancer (IGC) at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh. The project comprises the extension of the original Institute of Genetics and Molecular Medicine (IGMM/Systems Medicine) development and we are providing the design, manufacture, supply, and install the curtain walling, just as we did for the first phase of of the facility which was completed by in 2015. This latest phase of development sees the physical extension of the striking glass fronted Phase 1 block, northwards to the corner of the site providing additional wet and dry laboratory space as well as additional office, breakout meeting and collaboration space.  #loveworkingwithprofessionals #partnership #curtainwall
