Description:

This 6 storey building comprising 207 managed student accommodation rooms located on the banks of the river Forth is the first purpose built student accommodation building in Stirling and will help to address the acute shortage of accommodation for the substantial student population in the area.

Local contractor Ogilvie Construction were appointed to deliver the design and build contract in early 2018 and quickly set about engaging with their key supply chain partners to ensure their high quality standards were met in the design of the building. Marshall Brown (Windows) Ltd were chosen to design, manufacture, supply and install the windows and curtain walling for the project and worked closely with the site team to meet their expectations in the delivery of this bespoke student accommodation building.
