Marshall Brown are delighted to have secured the package to design, fabricate and install all Curtainwall, windows and doors from valued client John Graham Construction.

This student housing project is located in the centre of Glasgow and involves the demolition of existing warehouse units and the design of a new 250 unit student residential development.

The E-shaped floor plans creates two courtyards of accommodation with two main cores serving seven floors.

Ground floor provides a small retail outlet along with the main reception and communal facilities along with the amenity provision required by the local planning Authority.

Glazed area installation will commence in October 2018

Marshall Brown are delighted to have been selected by ISG to design, fabricate and install the windows, doors and curtainwall  to Scotland’s first Yotel in Edinburgh’s Queen Street.

The hotel will be located within Erskine House, within walking distance of both Waverly and Haymarket train stations. Yotel says the property will comprise of approximately 280 ‘cabins’,each of which will feature Yotel’s Technowall concept and an adjustable Smartbed, as well as complimentary wifi.
Additional features include a two-storey screening room and bar, as well as Yotel’s Club Lounge concept, which offers meeting and co-working spaces. There will also be a gym on site.
Yotel says this is the first use of the $250 million partnership with Starwood Capital Group.
