In conjunction with main contractors , Sharkey UK and NM Architects, Marshall Brown have completed the replacement of all the windows on this iconic building within a 13 week timescale as part of a total bedroom upgrade and spa extension complete with a new lap pool and extensive gym.
Marshall Brown’s largest London project to date has just achieved practical completion on time and under budget.
Engaged by 21 construction for client Helical, MB transformed this ageing building with the use of Schuco FW60+ curtainwall providing 6 floors of Grade A office space and retail units.
Marshall Brown have been appointed their Eleventh Watkin Jones Student Accommodation project on this city centre site.
Working for main contractor Watkin Jones, MB have been tasked with providing 1500 m2 of curtain walling, windows and doors over a 12 week programme which will transform this former gap site .
The project is the construction of 349 bedroom (mixture of clusters and studios) student accommodation building of concrete frame construction and up to 8 storeys in height. The project also includes associated landscaping with an amenity courtyard and bicycle storage.
Curtainwall , Window and door installation will start in June of this year .
